Linda travels to my home for our yoga sessions. She truly cares about meeting my needs and focusing our sessions on any trouble areas I may have. For example, I often have a tense neck and shoulders and she tailors the session to help resolve that tension. Linda’s expertise is evident in her direct instruction of the yoga poses and modeling of poses. I am a beginner at yoga and Linda directs and coaches me in order to complete the poses correctly. I started class with Linda at Studio yoga, now Santosha Yoga, in Madison NJ. She is a talented and experienced yoga instructor. Linda often introduces new poses or variations into the classes which keeps then from becoming monotonous. She also provides clear instructions including modifications to poses to address issues that students may have. I have been attending classes at Studio Yoga for about 10 years. On January 1st Santosha Yoga seamlessly took over the previous Studio Yoga.
